We offer 2 ways to gather – choose the package that fits your event, bring your own decor, food and beverages and personalize the space to make your celebration uniquely yours. Please remember, set up and cleanup time must be included in your total booking hours.
Simply Gathering Package
Everything you need for a beautiful, ready-to-enjoy event.
- 5 hours rental time
- tables (round or rectangular) and wooden chairs, fully set up and ready before your arrival
- black tablecloths
- Wi-Fi
- bluetooth speaker
- customized ceiling lighting
- up lighting
- 8x8 green backdrop
- neon sign (happy birthday, oh baby, bride to be, congrats grad)
- elegant chair for the guest of honor
Elevated Gathering Package
Everything included in Simply Gathering package, plus thoughtful extras to make your celebration even more complete.
- 6 hours rental time
- charger plates (variety of colors)
- tablecloths (variety of colors)
- disposable dinnerware (plates, utensils & cups for up to 50 guests)
- 3 chafing dishes with serving utensils and fuel
Weekdays - Monday through Friday morning
$100 / hour, 3 hours minimum

$450 / Simply Gathering Package
$650 / Elevated Gathering Package
Weekends - Friday night through Sunday and holidays
$140 / hour, 4 hours minimum
or
$650 / Simply Gathering Package
$900 / Elevated Gathering Package
We also offer a special early-event rate for events that are completed by 2pm. So if you are planning a morning or early afternoon celebration and can wrap up by 2pm, you will receive the discounted rate.
Weekdays $90 / hour or $400 / 5 hours (Simply Gathering Package)
Weekends & Holidays $125 / hour or $550 / 5 hours (Simply Gathering Package)
Meetings / Workshops
If you are planning a meeting, workshop, or a networking session our meeting venue offers a comfortable and modern setting for your group.
Meetings are available weekday mornings between 8am and 2pm. Meetings cannot be booked on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Please remember to include setup and cleanup time within your total booking hours.
Your booking includes classroom tables and elegant wooden chairs.
Enjoy complimentary use of our projector and screen with your booking.

Meeting - $65/hour
or $250 / 4 hours
Classes
Whether you’re hosting a yoga class or dance session, or using the space for photography, videography, or other content creation, our venue provides a bright and comfortable environment designed to support your needs. Please note that classes are not available on Friday afternoons, weekends, or holidays.
Don’t forget to include setup and cleanup time within your total reserved hours.
Tables and chairs are not included with the booking.
